KJVAudioBible.com is a free online Bible resource independently developed and operated by KJV Media LLC. It was created to help people read, hear, search, study, and share God’s Word in the King James Version.

The project is developed and maintained by a small, passionate team using their God-given talents and resources to produce the audio, manage the Scripture database, develop the website and its listening tools, and maintain the server infrastructure that makes everything available online. From individual verse recordings to continuous playback, Bible search, and reading plans, each part has been assembled with care to provide a dependable and pleasant way to spend more time in God’s Word.

Our mission is to make the King James Version easy to read, hear, search, study, and share from virtually any device. We do not view listening to the Bible as a replacement for reading it. Instead, audio offers another valuable way to spend time in Scripture when reading may be difficult to fit into a busy day. We recognized a need for a complete KJV audio experience with clear, modern, pleasant narration. Our goal was to provide an easy-to-understand voice without permanently embedded music or excessive dramatization, while also giving listeners control over optional background music, playback speed, reading modes, and other listening preferences. We also wanted the complete KJV Audio Bible to be available on the modern media platforms people already use.

The King James Version is the only Bible translation presented in the text and audio on this website. We believe the Word of God is settled and unchanging, and we are committed to the King James Version as its faithful English translation. We do not mix its text with or substitute it for other English Bible versions. That commitment is central to this project and important enough to be part of our name: KJV Audio Bible.

Our team meticulously produced the complete verse-by-verse audio Bible through a carefully managed workflow using advanced commercial audio-production and voice-generation software. After evaluating a large selection of digital voices, we selected a clear and pleasant primary narrator voice that we call James. Every audio segment was organized, reviewed for accuracy, matched with its corresponding record in the KJV text database, and integrated into the website's continuous-playback system.

The result is more than a collection of audio files.
