This 30-day plan guides you through the entire book of Psalms while preserving each Psalm as a complete reading. Daily assignments are balanced using the actual narration length of each Psalm to keep listening times as consistent as possible throughout the month. Most days average approximately 7–9 minutes of verse narration, while Psalm 119 is kept intact and creates one intentionally longer listening day.
